SYD’s affiliated companies and selected suppliers may process your personal data on SYD’s behalf and in accordance with SYD’s instructions as stated below and are thereby processors of your personal data.

3.1 Contact details
if you make a purchase online we may collect your name, address, e-mail address and/or telephone number, country of residence, and date of birth. Not all information is mandatory for making a purchase. If you have failed to submit all mandatory information you will not be able to proceed and the mandatory will be marked in red on the Website. 3.2. Previous purchases and returns

If you make a purchase on the Website and choose to pay with Klarna you will be required to provide your personal ID number. Your ID number will be processed by our payment service provider to be able to obtain a credit report and to facilitate your payment. The processing of this data is necessary for us to ensure correct identification of our customers for invoice purposes and to fulfill our contractual obligations to you under the purchase agreement. If you contact SYD customer care with questions regarding orders, returns or regarding a complaint, the email conversation may be stored for as long as necessary to administer your errand, including following up on the matter during the following 12 months.
